Financial Broker
Finance Department - Remote - Contract
The Position
We are looking for a Financial Broker to join our new Finance Team. In this role you will be the liaison between our company and the lenders/film investors. The right individual has the drive and passion to own the Financial Broker function and is interested in a new and growing environment. This role will help build out what the future of the Finance Department looks like at ZURI. The Financial Broker must be a self-starter who will bring their experience and best practices to improve productivity and efficiency. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the Finance world, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Project Knowledge
The Broker must be very knowledgeable in regards to the different projects our company is seeking funding for, being able to answer any questions the lenders or investors may ask.
Execute Sales
The Broker’s ultimate goal is to successfully close deals. This includes getting projects and lenders on the same page in regard to terms of the deal. Brokers must act as a mediator between the parties, making sure that their concerns and desires are addressed.
Process Transactions
After completing deals, the Broker is then responsible for preparing and completing all the necessary documentation and paperwork for the sale, often requiring some knowledge of local and federal laws and regulations regarding sales and taxation. They must then process the transaction, ensuring that the customer is accurately charged and all necessary receipts and invoices are given and filed.

Financial Writer

Once reviewed you will create the projections for each document. The right individual has the drive and passion to own the Financial Writer function and is interested in a new and growing environment. This role will help build out what the future of the Finance Department looks like at ZURI. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the Finance world, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Review and create our film project business plans and Investment memorandums.

Writes original content and gather information from subject matter experts throughout the film business and drawing on extensive financial markets knowledge.

Reviews and edits documents; has the ability to improve written material without changing the overall message.

Understands investment data and translates it into relevant information.

Be a trusted advisor and creative voice within the Finance Department.

Prepares status reports on projects and presents to management on a regular basis.

Performs related duties as assigned.

Acquisitions Department - Remote - Contract
The Position
We are looking for a Acquisition Specialist to join our Acquisitions Team. In this role you will seek and acquire fresh new projects and ideas for the ZURI catalogue. This position does require the candidate to have sales experience. The right individual has the drive and passion to own the Acquisition Specialist function and is interested in a new and growing environment. This role will help build out what the future of the Acquisitions Department looks like at ZURI. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the Sales world, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Seek and acquire new projects for the ZURI catalogue.

Use various methods to seek and acquire potential projects including social media platforms and networking platforms.

Ensure proper on-boarding for new projects and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.

Conduct preliminary consultations with projects owners to discover their needs and provide a solution.

Provide feedback to management about details regarding project submissions.

Meet with management often to have a full-scale understanding of our acquisition needs.
